Welcome to likely the fastest, most effective Elvish Piper deck that I've ever seen. I might be a bit biased because I created this beast, but after tons of play testing.. I can assure you that it's definitely fast and relatively consistent.

This is an elf ramp into creature cheating toolbox deck that should have most answers for anything your opponent is doing.

Here's what you need to do.

T1-3 you're in ramp mode.

T1: Land, Arbor Elf -OR- Utopia Sprawl if you have no Arbor Elf. --- If you have no Arbor Elf or Utopia Sprawl play a Commune with Nature if you have one and hopefully grab either an Elvish Piper or ramp creature.

T2: Land, Elvish Harbinger (search for a Piper or Arbor elf). --- If no Harbinger, play another Arbor Elf/Lightning Greaves/Utopia/Sakura-Tribe Elder or Elvish Mystic

T3: Land, Elvish Piper --- Depending on how your other two turns went, you might be able to attach Lightning Greaves to Piper and play ANY of your toolbox creatures from your hand.
