A deck I made specifically to play against people with very strong decks. Playing this probably qualifies as a war crime.

The idea is to slow everybody else's gameplay down until you can cast Urza and tutor in the cards you need to get infinite mana (Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth/Forsaken Monument), exile your entire deck with Urza, play thoracle or Jace from exile, and win. Failing that you can also do the Sensei's Diving Top + Reality Chip + artifact cost reducer combo and draw your whole deck, then play thoracle. Or just make big construct with Urza and beat up people with it, if for some reason you fail to get any combo going.
