Welcome to the ultrabudget Pirate aggro deck. Works more than well for it's insanely low price.

If you want to invest into lands, replace Cinder Barrens with Blood Crypt or anything you'd prefer. There ain't need to explain the synergies much, perhaps I would only note that Kari Zev's Expertise serves great with Costly Plunder. As you remove any creature that has no hexproof on it from opponents board and even draw two cards.

Feel free to throw in some suggestions but.. personally I think it's at the peak.
