Chatting with Buckminsterfullerene gave me the idea for this deck. It stalls by spamming Fog effects and wins with Maze's End.

I have no idea if Maze's End should be the primary win condition here. My other attempt at TurboFog is TurboFog in Noble v2, which uses Temple Bell and Jace's Erasure.

On a separate note, somebody should let me know when they ban Treasure Cruise . I just keep jamming it into decks and they get better somehow.
