This is my first attempt at creating my own deck.

The idea of this deck is to quickly put poison counters on, then use proliferate effects to copy those counters. Many of the proliferate cards also help with control, to buy time to proliferate. I also want this deck to stay cheap.

I kind of is just a collage of all currently standard cards that have proliferate and toxic, and I think it would benefit from some way to get more mana early. But I am also new to deck building, so any suggestions for new cards, amount of each card, and help with the sideboard (I have no idea what to do there).
