This is a Temur Control deck built around Wilderness Reclamation. The idea is to control the early game with counterspells and removal and ramp with Growth Spiral, then play a Wilderness Reclamation and cast high value plays like Thragtusk and Fact or Fiction on your turn while leaving up mana to interact on your opponent's. Reclamation also essentially doubles your mana on the end step (by floating mana in response to the trigger) which lets you cast really big X-costed instants like Expansion / Explosion very early.
