Made to prove that you can build a cheap deck, that could challange the expensive decks in my group.

As it turned out, I quite liked the deck. So I added Hinterland Harbor to help with the mana base - this is one of only two rares in the deck, and it's not really needed. The other rare is Spike Weaver of which I've included 4, but you could go lower (or even without) if you want to save money.

I wanted to really optimize the proliferate mechanic, so every card contributes to that goal.

Strategy:

You'll want to setup a way to proliferate each turn. Thrummingbird is a good way of doing this - if possible try to put a +1/+1 counter on it. Once you have the mana you can also use Contagion Clasp

Serum Snare and Contagion Clasp are great for early control, followed by Serrated Arrows and Spike Weaver later on.

Tezzeret's Gambit and Contentious Plan let's you draw some cards, while you proliferate.
