This deck is composed with these points in mind:

• Consistent combo win around turn 6
• Toolbox where answer to almost anything can be tutored at instant speed
• Budget where most nonland cards are <5$ and none is >10$
• Easy rebuild after wipes/removals

(note that mana base just reflects my collection, feel free to update with fetches, duals and all the expensive sh$t as you like)

The Combo

Prerequisities: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain on board with strength of 5+ and WUBRG.

How it works:

• On the opponents end step tutor Dynaheir, Invoker Adept
• On your turn use Dynaheir and WUBRG to tutor Flowering of the White Tree (if needed, Sisay needs power 6+ to continue) and Jegantha, the Wellspring. Use Jegantha (has haste from Dynaheir) to tutor Ioreth of the Healing House. Use Ioreth to untap Dynaheir and Jegantha. Use Dynaheir and Jegantha to tutor Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea + Samut, Voice of Dissent. They form an infinite mana and untap combo with Ioreth.
• With infinite mana and untap you can win either by tutoring a bunch of creatures onto the battlefield and attacking or tutoring Kenrith, the Returned King and making everyone draw out their decks. Note that with infinite untap Merieke Ri Berit can clear the board a bit.

Usually you can play two 2CMC legendaries, then Sisay by turn 4. At the end of turn 5 you tutor Dynaheir and on your turn 6 you win. Theoretically you can win on turn 4 if turn 1 Birds, turn 2 Sisay, turn 3 Dynaheir - but that is not consistent.

Note that there is also an infinite combat combo with Aurelia, the Warleader and Helm of the Host - this is just a backup in case the other combo pieces get exiled.

Non-combo stuff

The most of the rest of the legendary permanents have varying effects. Some of them provice protections to make the combo harder to interact with while others provide other value in case combo win is not possible at the moment. There also Loran of the Third Path and Ertai Resurrected to provide tutorable removal. Note that Zur the Enchanter has a selection of enchantments with variety of powerful effects at his disposal and is a toolbox by himself.

A few interactive and gotcha cards, e.g. Deflecting Palm are included for more toolbox feeling and fun.

Note that you can also win simply by combat if you develop your board state, e.g. with Jodah, the Unifier and then tutor Aragorn, King of Gondor to make everything unblockable.

If the board is wiped, just play one or two legendaries, deploy Sisay and you are good to begin tutoring stuff again.
