This deck reached #1 in Legacy Combo, thank you every one for checking this out! I’m happy that someone as new as me can make something even slightly interesting to you all. (with help, of course!)

The focus is around trying to hold off the opponent until you can phase their permanents, then play Sands of Time to seriously limit them.

Story Circle should help stay alive throughout all of this. (Thanks for the suggestions, Apollo_Paladin)

Equipoise + Sands of Time .Orim's Chant should help buy time until the phasing begins.

It's not easy to pull off, but if you get this to stick, it's practically game over. But you never know what your opponent might have, so be careful!

Wrath of God followed next turn by Armageddon and Ruins of Trokair (pay for it with the sacrifice ability and with 3 other land) to just wipe every thing if things are turning against you. If they destroy your Sands/Equipoise combo, they will still have 0 mana available after, but Rebuff the Wicked should be used to protect those.

Side board: Angelic Wall To hold off flying creatures. Light of Day for extra protection from {B}. Planar Cleansing because you never know when you might need a near total reset. Tithe Taker for extra interference. Aura of Silence for artifact/enchantment removal, and taxes.
