Scrying Sunrise is an optimized commander deck that uses Elminster and his abilities to cast spells at deep discounts, dig for your win cons and create an army of tokens to protect you or destroy your opponents.

The main win condition is to tutor up Approach of the Second Sun with Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor or Solve the Equation and cast it for as low as 1 mana using Elminster.

There are a bevy of Planeswalkers to assist in your journey to bring about the Final Sunrise by using Jace, Mirror Mage to scry deeper and help Elminster discount spells. Teferi, Time Raveler to lock down any other control players. Narset Transcendent allows you to gain even more card advantage and create additional free spells, while possibly making your opponents scoop should you ever get her to ultimate. This should be no problem with Ichormoon Gauntlet, as the majority of the deck is spells and will have you proliferating your planeswalkers to astronomical levels of loyalty.

Should this fail, there is a small back up plan of a token beatdown strategy. Use Divine Visitation to turn all of Elminster's Faerie Dragon tokens into 4/4 Angels of death.
