I made this deck in an attempt to make good use of Rakdos, Lord of Riots' second ability. I figured that the best way to do that would be to include Utvara Hellkites and some artifacts. Once I put those in, I thought I might as well throw in Hellkite Tyrant in the offchance that the other player is using a lot of artifacts. I didn't make this to be competitive, just to play with friends, but any advice would be welcome.
