Ovika, Enigma Goliath is taking her nuclear goblin army for a walk on your face.
This deck is a storm/combo deck, but is designed to fall short of cEDH. I just wanted a deck that would play quick games and still be fun to play.

Gameplan

To start, you'll want to ramp hard into Ovika and get... it? ...on the board.
After that, you'll want to use you goblin nuclear fuel rods to cast a large spell to win the game. Crackle with Power or Drown in Dreams should do the trick.

Win Conditions

Impact Tremors, Goblin Bombardment, Crackle with Power, Drown in Dreams, a large pile of goblins and Haze of Rage, Pyretic Charge, Balmor, Battlemage Captain.
Honestly, take your pick. There are probably a few more in there, but those are the ones I planned for initially.

Fun Combos

NOTE: None of these are designed to be infinite combos; they all have some upper limit.
1) Mana Echoes + Skullclamp + The Locust God makes as many Hastey Insect tokens for as many cards you can draw from your library. Also makes a ton of {C}.
2) Vadrik, Astral Archmage + Haze of Rage/Pyretic Charge/Balmor, Battlemage Captain can make your spells ridiculously cheap.
3) Magnus the Red + Ovika, Enigma Goliath is similar to #2, but with less work.

Budget Concerns

I already have most of the cards in this decklist. If you want to build this and save some money, there are a few easy cuts.
- Time Spiral can be replaced by any "Shuffle Hand and Graveyard into your library, Draw 7" card.
- Scalding Tarn can be any budget fetch.
- Steam Vents can be any other dual land, like Temple of Epiphany.
- Valakut Awakening   can be any other wheel like Windfall.
- Mana Echoes will be difficult to do without; Sorcerer Class would probably be the closest thing, but it still doesn't have the same potential. However, saving money is saving money.
That should shave off about half of the budget for the whole deck.
