My deck is a hybrid of Suasion's Tainted Shimmer Zur The Enchanter deck and Alwayssleepy's Oona, Queen Of The Storm.

Our game plan is similar to theirs, but carries even more redundancy in the form of both Jace, Wielder Of Mysteries and Thassa's Orcale, just as an example. The main wincons are:

A. Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact: Cast one of these spells with either Thassa's Orcale on the stack or Jace, Wielder Of Mysteries on the field, we exile our own library (or all but two cards) and win. * With an opening seven of Leyline Of Anticipation, Demonic Consultation, Thassa's Oracle, Lotus Petal, Mox Opal, Chrome Mox plus any blue or black card, you can win on turn zero *. THIS HAS BEEN CUT, however, as it is more cute than a reliable way of winning. Leyline Of Anticipation was cut for Extirpate to provide (uncounterable) grave hate when Shred Memory was cut in favor of the non-reveal tutoring of Grim Tutor.

B. Storm: cast Ad Nauseaum or Necropotence, draw a boatload of cards, play Aetherflux Reservoir and use it to dome your opponents.

C. Doomsday: Cast Doomsday - preferably before untapping with Quicken - assemble a low CMC pile (with or without protection, at pilot's discretion) and just win.

D. Grim Monolith/Power Artifact: Oona is our last resort for winning as she's the most Mana intensive of all options available, but the wincon is classic and - by nature of the format - is always partially available thanks to the Command Zone. This keeps other players off guard, because if they've never played against the deck before, they expect this, not us exiling our deck minus one card during our upkeep and winning on T2 main phase 1 by casting Thassa's Oracle.
