This is a Noble deck with Goblin Guide as the general and 3x Volcanic Fallout and 1x Barbarian Ring as the uncommons.

...I really don't know what to say about this deck. This has perhaps the most consistent Turn 4 kills in Noble, and in a format that is supposed to kill by Turn 5, this is a problem. Maybe banning Goblin Guide is the answer, but then Grim Lavamancer or Figure of Destiny may rise to take his place.

You can put in 3x Hellspark Elemental or 3x Flames of the Blood Hand maindeck and swap around the sideboard hate for commons if you want. In order to make this archetype slow enough for Noble, you really have to ban too many cards.
