I built a budget deck around the promo Niv-Mizzet from the Ravnica Remastered release draft. The theme is win in one of three ways:

1. Get either curiosity or Obsidian Eye on Niv-Mizzet and draw a card. You can then draw cards until you kill off a couple opponents. You may need to utilize cards to shuffle graveyard into library in order to beat everyone.

2. Go wide with tokens, potentially buff them them along the way. This will be aided by the creatures that deal damage as you play instants and sorceries.

3. Get out Laboratory Maniac and use draw power to get you down to zero cards in library as quickly as possible.

Note: Over time this deck has started leaving budget territory. Once I added City of Brass, flusterstorm, Steam Vents and Force of Will its value shot up. They can be switched with out with 2 Mountains, miscast and Mana Leak. I just had the nicer cards in my collection, ready to use.
