A deck that relies on Mari, the Killing Quill to gain value with attrition support and kill spells to stay threatening. Some token-hate because they don't get hit counters from Mari, the Killing Quill and mess with our ability to attack in with our menace deathtouch creatures and our Smokestack and Descent into Madness backup plan. One weakness of the deck is the lack of enchantment and artifact removal, but the deck will just need to rely on killing players instead.

"Ne'er-do-well" is a derogatory term for a good-for-nothing person; or a rogue, vagrant or vagabond without means of support. The deck isn't really designed to go over, under, nor to be 'fair'. It just muddles through, being a nuisance to the other players at the table.
