This is my first commander deck. I still did not fully grasped what I want from it and where I should direct it. For now it's something half-mill, half-reanimator and occasional other stuff that I thought would be good. I seek more of a suggestion of what direction/theme I should move that deck, because it doesn't do great none of its things. Allso manabase needs some work, I think. Budget IS a problem, but any card suggestions would be appreciated.

UPD: still experiencing mana problems on a more regular basis then I would find comfortable(like who's not?), would appreciate a second opinion on the manabase.
