After 7 years decided to revisit this gem. Valki, God of Lies   is a fantastic card from Kaldheim, not least because of the Tibalt backside. That being said, Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is arguably one of the worst planeswalkers created - and I wanted to make him playable.

The current iteration is a mix between Madness and Flashback so the +1 of discarding a card at random is greatly minimised, with a range of creatures either benefitting from more cards in the graveyard or being able to bring them back.

Unfocused slightly now, but any suggestions or feedback are appreciated.
