Another one of my earlier budget edh decks headed by Kemba, Kha Regent.

The game plan is pretty basic as far as Mono-White equipment goes. I tried to figure in some cat synergies as well, although forming Kemba into Voltron has been the only reliable wincon so far.

I'd like to find a way to either optimize the deck for the primary equipment strategy or add green and retool it into a full feline force to be reckoned with (without just buying the C17 Precon).
