The strategy is to get a lot of mana from the commander. The best is to have two more things: (1) A creature which gives protection to all creatures (like hexproof) (2) A creature which lets you draw a card when you cast a creature.

Then you get the machine running and you can just cast what you draw.

Alternatively, the game can be won by casting Primal Surge without having the commander. Since this deck has only one non-permanent card, it will most likely put half of the deck into play.
