Rites Reanimator is a somewhat different take on traditional "Reanimate, win the game" Reanimator decks. Rather than going all-in on the reanimate plan, this deck is more of a midrange deck that uses reanimation spells to grind other decks into oblivion.

Unburial Rites is the spell of choice since it can be dumped into the graveyard. Its main targets are Siege Rhino, Thragtusk, Cataclysmic Gearhulk, and Angel of Serenity. Notice that two of those cards are relatively easy to cast on turns three and four, and the third doesn't win the game outright, but puts you super far ahead if it ever hits the battlefield. The rest of the deck is filled with disruption or cards that dump cards in the graveyard.
