Maybeboard

Have you ever wanted to just say "F*** you" to your friends? Have you ever wanted to play Magic single player? Well luckily for you, this deck does both at the same time!!

The game plan for this deck is to control the board and keep yourself alive via controlling spells that can counter/bounce/phase out other permanents in the early game.

These spells include Unsubstantiate, Dress Down, and Snap among others.

Once we reach enough mana, we attempt to cast Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant to try and propel ourselves ahead. Having protection for Jin is also a must since he can only counter so many spells from our opponents.

Once we reach our turn, we can loop extra turns to get so far ahead of our opponents that the only option left for them is to concede.

The spells that are included here will disrupt what our opponents are doing. My favorite spells among this category are Hurkyl's Final Meditation, Time Stop, and Discontinuity, since we can simply say "No" when players think they are allowed to play.

Other spells destroy creatures like Pongify, Rapid Hybridization, and Reality Shift, more spells can bounce permanents such as Unsubstantiate, Split the Party, and River's Rebuke, whilst others will phase out creatures, like March of Swirling Mist. (These can also protect our commander!).

A good mono-blue deck of course will need counter spells, so I threw a good chunk of those.

These cards are categorized since they can provide some sort of advantage, whether that be through creating tokens, drawing cards, or getting back important spells from our graveyard.

To name a few, Deekah, Fractal Theorist creates some decent sized tokens, Invoke the Winds can steal important creatures or artifacts from our opponents i.e. sweet mana rocks, and Flood of Recollection brings back previously cast spells for reuse.

Anything we can do to get ahead, we take. Being mana efficient is important, so cards like Impulse, Solve the Equation, and Narset, Parter of Veils can get us those much-needed cards in dire times.

We also fit in Strionic Resonator and Twinning Staff in case we run into trouble running out Jin. It's good that we don't need to entirely rely on our commander, so these two have a spot in this deck.

Our main win condition is to be looping extra turns with our various extra turn spells. On top of that, we will be copying those spells wherever we can.

Jin can do it, the Resonator and Staff can do it, but my favorite spell to do this is Mnemonic Deluge, granting us three extra turns! Of course, we need to control our opponent's board beforehand, so we have a nice, paved route to victory!

To ensure that we can win even through a big board, I've slotted in Aqueous Form so that Jin can't be blocked and can win through commander damage.
