Indulge / Excess won't get double triggers from Isshin because the creature (or any other permanent) doesn't technically gain the ability. Pretty sure that applies to Basri as well. It would need to be worded as creatures you control gain "whenever it attacks...", specifically with the parentheses.

Have you considered adding a Phyrexian arena or even some wheels effects potentially? Less than 10% of your deck is draw, I'm curious how this maintains gas in the mid-late game.

Profet93 - Card draw seems okay to me. I don't really have interest in adding wheels to the deck but Phyrexian Arena is almost always good. It's an aggro deck, though, so mid-late game isn't a concept i understand. Lol (joking, of course)

Last_Laugh - Definitely know that Indulge doesn't double up with Isshin. It's in the deck because I like making stupid amounts of tokens and it helps me do that. I'm pretty sure I've doubled up on Basri's trigger with the Arena version of this deck before. I'll have to try and test it again there to make sure.

Last_Laugh Managed to test Basri Ket in an Arena game just now. It's trigger does not double with Isshin. The trigger isn't directly coming from a permanent, so it doesn't work. Could've sworn it did, but I guess I was wrong. Will probably swap it out at some point soon.

Since you have Mishra, Claimed by Gix  ^Meld, have you considered adding Commissar Severina Raine? She is 1 mana cheaper and offers basically the same ability, with some card draw to boot.

CommanderNeyo(cool name btw, I feel like I've said that before), KBK7101 doesn't utilize any Universes Beyond cards in their decks, TBD on Universes Within printings.

On topic though, but Brutal Hordechief and Tectonic Giant are both decent group slug additions that could round out that suite.

I would slot Reconnaissance into Basri's slot. I'm assuming you're familiar with the card, but long story short is you attack with EVERYONE safety, deal combat damage in most situations, and have every one of those creatures untapped by the end of combat... it's gross and almost feels like cheating lol.
