I'm going to keep this description pretty brief because I don't think Kelsien, the Plague is too complex. Basically, give him deathtouch as quickly as possible and then ping things to death. The more things die by Kelsien, the more experience counters and the bigger he gets. I have other creatures who use experience counters to help themselves and then help Kelsien.
