The concept is to play Captain Sisay from the Command Zone and use the fact all spells in the deck are Legendary to play Dosen The Falling Leaf, Linvala Keeper of Silence, Shalai Voice of Plenty and Sigarda Host of Herons as soon as possible. The biggest weakness is that Captain Sisay can only draw one Legendary Permanent per turn, and most opponents will focus on killing you before you can gain momentum.

You can increase the rate permanents can be drawn by putting Helm Of The Host on Captain Sisay.

Dosen The Falling Leaf is useful against opponents with Counterspell or similar instants.

Linvala Keeper of Silence is useful against opponents with powerful creature abilities.

Shalai Voice of Plenty prevents opponents from directly destroying or targeting Captain Sisay or the other permanents you control, making it a good first choice.

Sigarda Host of Herons prevents opponents from forcing you to sacrifice Captain Sisay.
