I've never been a fan of impulse draw. Half the time, you end up being unable to cast the card you exile off the top and it's just gone forever. However, being able to impulse draw off of your opponents and denying them resources, that I can get behind. The goal of the deck is to do exactly that by playing various outlaws to rob your opponents.
