After some alterations, this deck as grown to excel at spot removal, controlling board state (to an extent), and wining off artifact combo of some kind. Typically a great deal of board state is required to win with this deck, though it does not care about other decks for the most part, so much as they do not disrupt the combos and there are creatures to get death triggers off of.

Synergy

Glissa, the Traitor + Blazing Torch / Executioner's Capsule = recoverable removal

Avatar of Woe/Visara the Dreadful + Thornbite Staff = infinite use of "kill ability"

Forbidden Orchard + Glissa, the Traitor + Mindslaver = take another player's turns for the rest of the game

Generally just a tone of shenanigans with artifacts. Krark-Clan Ironworks + Wellsprings. etc.
