Flying Voltron

So the idea is that I wanted to make a deck with Radiant, Serra Archangel as a partner for a Equip deck. I will say while building this deck I did see Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar and I'm really thinking about swapping him in over Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh.

The idea is to get as much flying as I could into the deck with out truly hurting how a "Voltron" deck works. The flying is added in to help use Radiant, Serra Archangel and Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh was just early game fodder, while being the red side of the deck. Having cards like Cliffhaven Kitesail and On Serra's Wings to turn the non-flying creatures in to flying ones.

There is some protection in this deck for the partner commander Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh or Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. This will hopefully keep your flying creatures alive to keep Radiant, Serra Archangel.

I have also put a good amount of draw / search power in this deck to help you move through the deck faster. I have always believed that adding draw / search power in a deck is a very powerful thing snice it artificially makes the deck "smaller" and you find the cards you are looking for. Some examples would be Cathartic Reunion and Relic Seeker

To help with mana we have several diffrent cards to give use more lands, lower the costs of equips, and mana rocks. Here are some examples Sol Ring and Sword of the Animist.

All the cards in the maybe board are good cards and I would use, however for my play group I try to not to use too much destruction snice this is very unfun. By no means is this deck competitive its just something I thought was cool. Also, if I feel like I need some destruction to help smooth the deck over, I will be making that change, I'll updating the deck, and maybe board.

If anyone as any good suggestions that don't fundamentally change the deck or "brake the bank" I'm open to hear them. Please put down what card you would add, what card you would remove in its place, and why. I will also be adding thing to the maybe board, But I will never remove anything from the there, so keep an eye out for changes.

Thank you for checking out this deck!

DECK UPDATE Sept, 12 2023

Added 1. Cloudsteel Kirin 2. Plate Armor 3. Masterwork of Ingenuity 4. Puresteel Paladin 5. Elspeth, Knight-Errant 6. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar

Removed 1. Auriok Sunchaser 2. Brass Squire 3. Ring of Thune 5. Temur Battle Rage 6. Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh

NOTES: I ended up swapping Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh for Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar I just feel like this is a better partner. I put Archangel Elspeth for the two +1/+1 and flying counter and free tokens. Every card I removed ended up feeling slow or lack luster.
