The combo is using First Day of Class and Putrid Goblin and a sac engine to go infinite.

The sac engines are Viscera Seer and Skirk Prospector With Viscera Seer you can filter threw your deck until you get to the payoff, and ideally use a card in your hand to draw it. With Skirk Prospector you just get mana, which can be used alongside Merchant of the Vale to get to a payoff. It also gets you the mana needed for the payoff.

The payoff is Impact Tremors .

To get threw your deck you use Merchant of the Vale 's Adventure function, Shred Memory and Night's Whisper . You can also use the cycling functions of Unearth and Wander in Death which can get you back any creatures you needed.

I have no experience making combo decks.

Changelog: 4 Thrill of Possibility changed out for 4 Shred Memory . Also a sideboard beyond just Pyroblast added.
