Looks like Elrond of the White Council made a few friends while away from Rivendell for that short time, and oh boy are they jumpy!

I wanted to make use of Elrond's ETB trigger by continuously bouncing and flickering him, as well as plenty of other useful creatures.

Some removal with Reclamation Sage and Druid of Purification, value out of blinking Farhaven Elf and/or Springbloom Druid over and over, and utilizing permanent sources of bounce/flicker, like Aether Channeler & Venser, Shaper Savant with Deadeye Navigator & Thassa, Deep-Dwelling.

Pairing bounce with Seedborn Muse & Leyline of Anticipation really lets the deck pop off (especially with Nyxbloom Ancient, and I added in Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake as an infinite mana combo. Eternal Witness & Timeless Witness help fetch back any bounce and flicker spells I may need, as well as any good permanents stuck in the graveyard to bounce/flicker.

This version of the deck is actually the 3rd i've gone through; I originally wanted it to pair with a green elves deck, but to be focused more on counters and proliferate. It turns out that when you plan on flickering your commander, there's other creatures worth flickering, too, and then that really hinders the "keeping counters on permanents" side of a counters deck...

So I just decided to let the elves be by themselves, and focus on a blink/bounce style for Elrond. Lots of bounce, as it acts as quick spot removal, too, but a couple sources of permanent (and constant) blink abilities to hopefully accrue a lot of value each turn.
