This is a typical Chulane deck, Tutor for Shrieking Drake then use either Intruder Alarm or Mana Breach to generate mana and recast it until you deck yourself. Casting High Tide will cause you to generate a {U} each time you cast Shrieking Drake when using an Island and Mana Breach. Ornithopter + Panharmonicon + Whitemane Lion , or Cloudstone Curio and two one drop non-artifact creatures, can be used to replace Shrieking Drake for both combos. Whitemane Lion can be used on its own for the Intruder alarm combo. There are two infinite mana combos Emiel the Blessed + Peregrine Drake , and Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter .
