A nicce, budget, Counterspell deck with some nice merfolk to help the deck. Feed back is greatly appreciated.

Strategy for this deck: 1 Try to keep a Thirst for Meaning in your hand whenever possible 2 Late game, when you have as many lands as you need, (6-10 is good) and you draw a new one, just cycle it with Merfolk Looter until you get a more favorable card 3 As soon as possible, get Talrand, Sky Summoner or out on the battlefield, as he will be your main source of attackers. 4 Always use Quasiduplicate on Lullmage Mentor
