My take on Atraxa. Much like the original concept of my deck Zegana's Decree: Draw Cards!, the goal of this deck is get counters on creatures, and interact with them. Prime's playstyle has changed drastically over time, so it's great to have a deck that does counters shenanigans again. Atraxa does it better anyways:P Balanced a few times to be more fun playing with pre-cons and budget decks.
