I wanted to build a deck around the card Waste Not and was talking with some friends at my local game store 6 or 7 years ago around the time Waste Not came out. We were working together to try and figure out the best way to do it, since then I have made changes to the deck thanks to other cards that have come out and being suggested to try different changes. This is the latest deck list that I have. The deck works by like most discard decks using Waste Not, Liliana's Caress and Bloodchief Ascension as ways to take advantage of ways to make your opponent discard. If there are other suggestions or changes you think of put them in the comments.
