Maybeboard

Blink deck using the pretty underutilized Galadriel, Light of Valinor as commander. This deck leans heavily into controlling the board with ready access to repeatable destroy, exile, return to hand, and counterspell effects, but also utilizes big beaters like Avenger of Zendikar and Gruff Triplets while also going tall with fast +1 counter stacking on smaller creatures. Unlike many blink decks, mine avoids going super hard into infinite combos due to personal preference (there's still a few in here, like: 1; Archaeomancer or Eternal Witness in play with Conjurer's Closet,Teleportation Circle,Abuelo, Ancestral Echo, or etc of the repeatable flicker effects and then casting Time Warp to permit infinite successive turns, 2; Preston, the Vanisher + Felidar Guardian (or Wispweaver Angel), where any initial flicker effect on your Felidar will also produce an illusion copy so the original ETB targets any available creature and have the copy ETB target the kitty again for infinite ETB effect on another creature and infinite 0/1 illusion creatures [or target a land for infinite mana, see https://edhrec.com/combos/w/2781-4605-5144]. There's also one with Felidar Guardian+Spark Double+Panharmonicon but I've never had that actually happen in a game), and 3; it also has the classic with Peregrine Drake and things like Deadeye Navigator for infinite mana. This is a decidedly casual deck, but even so, you might want to omit some of the more abusable cards like Time Warp or Deadeye Navigator as they can be very frustrating to play against, but I personally feel justified in including them since this deck lacks the tutor components required to expect these combos to occur with any reliability).

Regarding the commander, her scry + draw effect is obviously pretty amazing, but I mostly honed in on Galadriel as blink commander because of the mana ramp since the leap she provides is massive, especially if you can accelerate her into play on turn 3 or 4. This should be pretty doable with Cultivate-likes and fetchers like Wood Elves, Farhaven Elf, etc. to get her on the board ASAP and on your turn you'll almost always choose the option as the first choice and help pump out the spells (note: besides using Spark Double to duplicate your commander for ramp, if you blink Galadriel, Light of Valinor it ETBs as a completely new permanent so the triggered effects can be used again). Also, don't underestimate the accumulation of +1 counters she can provide, especially if you can cast Resourceful Defense (or The Ozolith, if your card collection is better than mine) to keep your total creature power on the board eternally increasing. Some fun interactions that I haven't seen used much in other blink decks: Glen Elendra Archmage being a potentially unending source of once-per-turn or else a thrice-in-one-turn counterspells (when it returns to the battlefield with persist, have Galadriel proc +1 counters to remove the -1 counter so persist can proc again next turn), Illustrious Wanderglyph, Tendershoot Dryad, or Koma, Cosmos Serpent all basically say "at each player's upkeep, scry 2 and draw a card", and have a pretty bonkers synergy with Gala Greeters for generating treasure tokens. I think a lot of people sleep on the versatility of Venser, Shaper Savant who is not just a soft counterspell, but can be absolutely brutal if you have the means to blink him many times, as you can have him return LANDS to a player's hand with his ETB. Also, a pet favorite of mine is Perplexing Chimera which can be returned to your control after being given away with the less-restrictive blink effects like Flickerwisp, Venser, the Sojourner and Charming Prince that target things "owned" by you even if you don't control it, and have them return under your control.

Also, the land list here is a little bit of a mess but they've gotten the job done just fine so far.

Lastly, the recent release of Delney, Streetwise Lookout may have a dramatic effect on what the most efficient bant blink deck is since Galadriel's +1 counter proc undermines its value almost instantaneously. It's possible that Delney alone makes Lagrella, the Magpie or Roon of the Hidden Realm better commanders for this color pie, but I haven't had a chance to play around with the substitutions yet.
