UPDATED 11/2023: Selesnya's Grove is an excellent place to take your army for a pre-battle prayer. This deck is designed to come out strong with Nyx-Fleece Ram as a starting defender. Sphere of Safety could create another line of defense. While those are active, you should slowly be gaining life and playing some of this deck's main enchantments including: Angelic Accord, Divine Visitation, Parallel Lives, and Sigil of the Empty Throne. Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or Angelic Chorus + Rhox Fatihmender is a combo that will skyrocket your life total mid/late game. Rhox Faithmender + Seraph Sanctuary (or Nyx-Fleece Ram(s)) should help to trigger Angelic Accord, thus allowing you to begin pumping out angels rather quickly. If the cards that help to produce angels do not show up early-game, then Elspeth, Sun's Champion + Raise the Alarm paired with Parallel Lives should help you to get a good army of soldiers onto the battlefield. Soul Warden Should also help you gain a lot of life quickly once your tokens start appearing. Devout Invocation (my favorite spell in all of Magic: The Gathering) is an amazing late-game spell that will effectively allow you to double your forces (quadruple and so on if Parallel Lives(s) are present) in a single turn! I am adding an angel reinforcement factory into this deck in the form of the combo that happens when you pair Bishop of Wings with Divine Visitation and Requiem Angel. In case you are playing against hard control, try to make sure you have Autumn's Veil in your hand before casting any of the most important spells in this deck. Rampant Growth helps you get ahead of the land race early-game (this is good because you want to get those enchantments out ASAP). If you play legacy, Grand Crescendo is a fun substitute for Make a Stand. As always, Suggestions or comments are welcome!
