Hello! This is a deck I recently made in paper. It's Game Plan is:

Play artifact creatures that can benefit from +1/+1 counters Wheel and buff them with Raffine, our commander Use sacrifice and resurrection cards(Modular synergies well with low power resurrection) Maybe win??

I made this deck to play with not very high, casual Edh tables. Can easily swap cards for the Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek combo. I am aware my lands are not ideal atm. Feel free to give me any feedback and suggest me cards :)
