This is a league deck my friends and I play privately that is a hybrid Sealed-Constructed deck. All of us are required to use a commander from LTR in our deck's construction for this iteration of the league.

Pertinent rules because this deck won't make sense and I know there will be questions:

1. It starts with a sealed pool of 10-ish packs of cards that we open and then create an EDH deck with. They're required to always be draft packs. There are other rules for which packs we can use in our sealed pool but they're not important for this specific deck list.

2. Each round in the league we're scored points based on performance, and we get a weekly budget to add to our pool of cards. The minimum is 5$, and the worse we do the larger the handicap we get as a budget increase for the next week. Taking 1st place in a round gets you 5$, 2nd gets you 7.50$, 3rd gets you 10$, etc.

3. Because we start with a sealed pool and have limited resources, duplicates of cards are allowed if those are what we opened, but we can't willingly add duplicates to violate the edh rule of 1 later on. We are privately tracking our card pools in a shared spreadsheet that carefully catalogues each card we opened. It's public knowledge to everyone in the league who has what.

4. Because this is sealed, if we happen to open a format-banned card like Paradox Engine, we may use that provided we declared it week 0 when we all opened our cards together in front of each other while assembling our decks.

5. We use TCG Player's Avg price for non-foil, NM as the rating for what we decide a card's price is. This allows us to use the special foils in our collection if we have them and want to use them, or want to buy one.

I have 7.50$ to add for the last round in the league. I'm tied for Second Place. I'm open to all suggestions
