So I took this deck to untap.in just to see how it would do... So far it has stood up to a janky mono-black vampire/demons deck, an esper control (poor deck build on opponents part... he showed me what was in the deck, lets just say not enough color fixing ;) ) and just recently an also janky Ojutai (jeskai R/U/W) Tron/artifcact deck (plenty of color fixing, not enough other parts)... still wins by T5 against "real" players. IMPRESSED!
All these games were 3-game matches.
Wins so far in modern:
Janky Mono-B Vamps/demons
Esper control
Janky Ojutai Artifact
AND JUST RECENTLY THE BIG WIN SO FAR:

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BUDGET BUILD JUST ANNIHLATED A VERY POWERFUL MODERN DECK...... I AM SUPRISED AND SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!

I think you need to add one more Phantasmal Image . Being able to copy your Lord of the Unreal is the best way to secure defense for your illusions.

+1 like this deck! Could you possibly add in a Dismiss into Dream , it is abit of a high CMC but could greatly improve your Krovikan Mist .

I am trying to keep this low on the CMC side of the house... I get consistent T4/T5 wins with it... so I cannot justify adding in a 7 drop spell when I normally never get that much mana in the first place... It is an amazing card, that much I will agree on, but at this time, it is a no go. Thanks for the +1 and the suggestion!

Well if your winning constantly by T4/T5 then yeah fair enough no need for a 7 drop card!

The illusion fish looks cool; no argument. I feel funny about such a high mana cost creature though. Ideally on 6 they are dead with or without the fish and it's dead in my hand before that. Might be a really good sideboard option though...

That is the reason I have excluded both the Jace's Phantasm and Jace's Mindseeker , as not only do I not support the mill subtheme required, I win without needed them. Just a thought since you did go for a mill sub-theme...

+1 For Lord of the Unreal kickassery.I would suggest replacing the beasts and phantom warriors(or unsummons) with some counter spells. Mana Leak , Dissolve , etc.For those board wipes and/or times where you don't have your lords out.
