An "Enchanting" Evening ($7 Starter Deck)

Modern Budget Combo Enchantment Mono-Black

Supahpikmin

Maybeboard

Enchantment (1)

Creature (1)

Very simple, easy to play, mono-black enchantment deck. Put bad enchantments on the bad guys, and put the good enchantments on your good guys.

Important tidbits:

  • Any enchantment on your opponent's creatures let's you kill them off with Feast of Dreams
  • Most aggressive opening is T1 Gnarled Scarhide T2 Infernal Scarring to put you ahead on damage very quickly. You could also use Cast into Darkness to still get the damage and not get punished.
  • Your main objective is to lay back and let your enchantments and creatures deal damage straight to the opponent while rendering the enemy board useless. If you can attack without consequence, do it. It'll help in the long run.

This deck is REAAAALLY cheap, and includes the cost of everything except for lands. If you have a friend that wants a fun little deck that is surprisingly consistent, here's a good place to start.

I would love love LOVE to hear your criticisms and advice to make this deck into a monster, while maintaining a low cost. <3 Supahpikmin
