Copied deck from my earlier iteration of "Aristocats", this one may not have the cat namesake Cauldron Familiar, but it makes up for it with some sweet new cards from recent sets! And not only that, but we shaved almost half of the deck price in the process! New additions include Silversmote Ghoul, Skyclave Shade, and Bastion of Remembrance.

We also put in another Deathless Knight, Gilded Goose, Savvy Hunter, and even a one-of Feasting Troll King. Now with a more consistent list of cards, we can count on our strategies to keep working those nice synergies like we always have...just with less cat hair in it.

The obvious replacement that came to mind when Cauldron Familiar was banned was replacing them with a playset of Silversmote Ghoul. It costs 2 more to cast, but it has a built in sacrifice ability that draws you a card and can come back for free tapped when you gain 3 or more life on your turn. Even using the Food tokens for some life-padding will net us back a creature, so of course we're happy to chuck these ghouls to the Witch's Oven.
