Strategy: Get a token doubler like Doubling Season out, play your commander and produce a tons of sliver tokens with the Sliver Queen. Mana Echoes or Basal Sliver help to make infinite tokens. Protect the Queen at all cost and play her only if you are set up for token production. Tutor for Sliver Overlord as he will get you all the utility slivers that you need. Diffusion Sliver is good against control, Sliver Hivelord is good against boardwipes and the weaker single target removals, Crystalline Sliver is good against single target removal, but keep in mind that shroud prevents equipping. Once you have a bazillion slivers, you need to make them hasty or shoot the whole board with Necrotic Sliver and infinite mana through Mana Echoes. Training Grounds and Heartstone reduce the token production costs. If somebody steals your queen, get it back with Sliver Overlords second acticated ability. If for whatever reason you cant roll out your token plan hoof the board with Sliver Legion and Coat of Arms with a few slivers out. Sentinel Sliver is necessary if you are on a backup plan without infinite sliver tokens, because you can swing at an opponent without leaving the doors open for a swingback. Be aware that Coat of Arms counts the creature types, even subtypes. If your opponent is on a tribal deck, you can boost his creatures more than yours. I played a 4 player sliver-only game once and it was a nightmare to keep track how big each sliver were.

Tier 2: Can sometimes go infinite and lock down the whole table. Still to weak against competitive decks and still fun to play.
