This is my first attempt on a Highlander deck, it was heavily inspired by Labmaniac_Camerons .

The goal of the deck is to stall out the early game and then combo using one of it's many combos.

Infinite mana:
Palinchron + Phantasmal Image Gives infinite mana, requires enough lands that can produce 6+ mana.

Combos:
Tasigur, the Golden Fang + infinite mana - this can get all non-land cards into your hand.

Dark Petition + Demonic Tutor + Seasons Past + infinite mana - can get all the cards.

Removed

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter Gives infinite mana, requires non-land mana producers that can produce 3+ mana.
