Osgir, the Reconstructor Stax. Yes, it is as bad as it sounds.

Not for your average play group

this deck tries to lock your opponents out of the game ASAP, while ramping out ahead of your own taxation, until you win with the Bomberman combo: Auriok Salvagers + Lion's Eye Diamond + Pyrite Spellbomb .

Compared to Zirda, the Dawnwaker , Osgir is slower, but more oppressive and resilient. Silver bullet Stax pieces like Torpor Orb , Weathered Runestone , and Damping Sphere are very hard to deal with, because your opponents need 2-3 times the removal, but you only need 1 mana to get rid of any pieces you want at instant speed. Osgir's ability also pumps, making commander damage a little more viable.

Even though the deck plays around effects like Grafdigger's Cage , cards like Leyline of the Void and Rest in Peace are big problems. Collector Ouphe , Null Rod , and Stony Silence lock you off Bomberman, while Linvala, Keeper of Silence and Cursed Totem make Osgir pretty useless.

This deck absolutely HATES playing against Dockside Extortionist , so make sure you double or triple up on hush effects.
