I used to play this as a Dimir mill until I realized just how powerful Simic mill could be with the right combo cards. This aims to get those combo pieces in place as quickly as possible and keep them on the board with enough counterspells.

This will combo off using a longer, but still relatively easy to execute string of cards. Hedron Crab or Ruin Crab will force an opponent to mill three cards per land dropped. Walking Atlas will allow for an extra land drop each turn and when it's paired with Retreat to Coralhelm and Azorius Chancery, Selesnya Sanctuary, or Simic Growth Chamber will create an infinite loop that will trigger one of the Crabs until the opponent's deck is empty.

Bojuka Bog has been put into the deck to clear out graveyards when playing against any deck with synergy. Plenty of Counterspells will help keep the board clear and the crabs alive long enough to pull off the combo.

And Rampant Growth or Sylvan Scrying will help thin my deck out by getting basic lands onto the board faster with the benefit that the latter can grab one of my bounce lands.
