Kelsien, the Plague

A lone assassin from Ikoria, Kelsien was raised on the tales of the lost sanctuary of Orn and its brutal destruction by ruthless monsters. Now an adult, he has become an notorious Hunter with one goal in mind: destroy all monsters as payback for the downfall of that ancient city. He conceals his true face behind a terrifying mask as he takes down every creature he comes across with cold, ruthless efficiency.

This deck focuses on giving Kelsien deathtouch then killing your opponents creatures as he will kill them by using his activated ability. You get an experience counter when a creature dies which is why deathtouch fits Kelsien so well.

Now if you read the card it says "When that creature dies this turn, you get an experience counter. Not Kelsien gets an experience counter. Meaning if Kelsien were to leave the battlefield he keeps those +1/+1s for each experience counter you have. This is very important. Kelsien also has vigilance which is great because as you gain experience counters you can attack for commander damage and then use his ability to kill a creature at the end of turn. So that deathtouch theme is going to be key.
