Still a work in progress. But basically just take damage to draw needed cards, maybe switch lifes with opponents. Or use a combo to win.

Tree of Perdition + Triskaidekaphobia The end step before your turn, give someone 13 life with Tree of Perdition and then use Triskaidekaphobia to knock them out of the game and Tree gets huge. Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond then gain life some how. I recently used Tainted Sigil to gain life, but any lifelink would help, too.
