What does this deck do?

You cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger from your command zone an infinite amount of times, stacking up storm count as well as triggering ETB and cast abilities from other cards to draw your library, fill the board with tokens or grab infinite mana.

How do you do this bullshit?

With Vizier of the Menagerie, Ashnod's Altar, Rhonas's Monument and at least 11 power of creatures on the field, you can cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for , this triggers Monument's ability and pumps a creature on the field by +2/+2. Afterwards, you can sacrifice Ghalta to the Altar to generate 2 mana which is then spent to cast him again, and since the Monument increased the total power of your field by 2, negates the added commander tax. Repeat this process as much as you'd like, preferably with something like Soul of the Harvest or Primeval Bounty out.
