This is a budget deck mostly based off of Commander Quarter's Budget Shirei (Link at bottom!) list with a few slight modifications. I will be adjusting this list as I upgrade it. However, I much prefer inexpensive cards and will try to keep the list within a reasonable range.

Important play notes: - This deck is built around Shirei and will not function as spectacularly without her! Prioritize protecting her at all costs.

• Enchantment and artifact destruction are virtually nonexistent in the current list. Suggestions are welcome!

• Skullclamp-ed creatures will only resurrect after death through Shirei if they had 0 power to begin. Seems obvious but I completely overlooked this weakness. At least Blood Artist and Weaponcraft Enthusiast are good targets!

• This deck lacks a complete infinite combo but still has many extended draw and lifegain engines to fire up the Aetherflux Reservoir
