Liliana of the Dark Realms, while not a horrible card, is not the best for a competitive environment. You are playing green. You should have a bunch of other ways to get mana. Not to mention, in 3 colors, there is a chance she might not deliver on the ramp you want. I recommend Liliana Vess because she can tutor for silliness.

Laboratory Maniac because self mill is never a bad thing. Plus, you never know when you are gonna face a Phenax, God of Deception player.

Sire of Stagnation is ok. Consecrated Sphinx is much better.

Why Sword of Body and Mind? You planning on Donate your commander to someone and letting them smack you?

With how many planeswalkers you run, you should consider getting Doubling Season so that they come in with double the counters. You could immediately throw down Vraska, ult her, then equip greaves (which you also should consider) and smack an opponent making them lose.

Why Sphinx's Tutelage? I understand you want to mill your opponents, but most other competitive players will have something to put everything back into their deck like an eldrazi titan. Additionally, if you are playing someone else who likes to play with their graveyard, like you do, you are only helping them.

How many basics are you running for lands? There is a card, whose name is escaping me now, that allows you to double the number of basics on the field. If you run a high amount of basic lands this is a good idea. Also, if you really want to mess with some competitive people who run mostly non basics, Back to Basics is the card for you!

Based on your strategy here I am guessing you want to take someone's stuff and beat them to death with it, or lock them out by reanimating Jinny. What if you are the only guy using creatures (or relying on them)? If you are playing against token decks, they won't have anything that strong (save maybe Elesh Norn). Artifact decks might have a Blightsteel Colossus, but not always. Super friends won't care much either. Additionally, what if someone drops a Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace? They could even hit you with a Tormod's Crypt.

Deadeye Navigator + Eternal Witness gets you your graveyard back and can be played in response to someone casting something to exile graveyards.

Propaganda is a good early game deterrent, but late game it falls off. What is 2 mana to an elf ball deck? What is 2 mana to an artifact deck with lots of ramp? What is 2 mana to a deck to a mill deck? Not much I will say that.

That is it for now. There are some other bits that could be fine tuned, but those will come in time.
